Using your drawings and spec, we produce a full breakdown covering materials, labour, plant and specialist items. You know exactly where every pound is going before you commit.
A clear contract with payment milestones tied to physical progress on site — never calendar dates. You receive a programme showing each stage and its expected duration.
Specialist trades at every stage — groundworkers, bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers. One point of contact throughout. You're updated at every milestone.
We walk the completed project with you. Any snagging is resolved before the final payment. You receive all documentation, certificates and warranties at handover.
Public liability, contract works and professional indemnity on every project. All works comply with current building regulations.
